Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the ora788 website located at https://ora788.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the ora788 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who uses the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by ora788 subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary amount a Player must bet before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by ora788 before full account functionality is unlocked.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the ora788 Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the ora788 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ora788 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all gaming verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and lottery.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ora788 or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ora788 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ora788 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be underage, all winnings will be voided, all deposits will be returned (less any processed withdrawals), and the account will be permanently closed. ora788 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ora788, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions govern the account registration process:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the ora788 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify ora788 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any Account balance to another person.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ora788 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts, subject to applicable law and notification requirements.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ora788 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal or upon request by the ora788 compliance team.

• Identity Document: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your current residential address in Indonesia, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face, confirming that you are the genuine account holder.
• Payment Method Verification: In certain cases, ora788 may request verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking showing your name and account number).

Standard KYC processing takes between 1 and 24 hours during normal operating periods. ora788 reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals or place an account under review pending the completion of KYC. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits

ora788 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following verified payment channels:

• Lo ocal Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: Selected digital assets via the ora788 designated wallet, subject to current market rates and network confirmation.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposit amounts, minimum deposit thresholds, and applicable fees vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposits page at the time of each transaction. A minimum deposit of Rp 50.000 applies to all methods, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the funds transferred come from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and may trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of any available Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completed: No withdrawal request will be processed until you have completed full KYC verification in accordance with Section 4 above.
• Wagering Satisfied: Any funds held as Bonus Balance, or winnings derived from bonus funds, must have their applicable wagering requirements fully satisfied before they become withdrawable.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000, unless a higher minimum is specified by your chosen payment method.
• Return to Source: Withdrawals are processed back to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit originated. Withdrawal to a third-party account is prohibited.
• Processing Times: Standard withdrawal processing completes within 24 hours (1 business day). Processing to bank accounts via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically completes within the same business day, while some e-wallets may reflect within minutes. In all cases, external banking networks may add processing time beyond our internal settlement.

ora788 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation, conduct a security investigation, or delay a withdrawal where the amount, frequency, or pattern of play is deemed atypical or inconsistent with normal use. Where required, ora788 may also deduct applicable taxes, duties, or levies as mandated by applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

ora788 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and player rewards including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, risk-free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms displayed with each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a specified playthrough requirement (commonly expressed as a multiple, for example 20x or 25x). You must complete the wagering requirement before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Player: Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: During the period in which wagering requirements are active, the maximum single bet placed with bonus funds may be capped (for example, a maximum stake of Rp 1.000.000 or the equivalent per bet). Bets exceeding this cap may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire fourteen (14) days after the bonus is issued. Immediately upon expiry, the bonus balance is forfeited.
• Contribution of Games: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, live casino games and certain slots may contribute 100% while some table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the bonus terms.
• Prohibited Bonus Abuse: Placing bets to deliberately meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, betting on opposite outcomes to guarantee a result, or utilizing any betting pattern designed to exploit a promotion is considered bonus abuse. In such cases, ora788 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to take appropriate action against the account.

ora788 maintains the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to exclude specific Players or groups of Players from participation in particular offers where we reasonably consider abuse may occur.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to the placement and settlement of bets and wagers on the ora788 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted once it has been visibly confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your Account. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the settled result due to a system error, ora788 may void the affected bets where the error is evident.
• Wagers Become Final: Once placed, bets cannot be edited, canceled, or reversed by the Player for any reason. This includes mix parlay (accumulator) bets placed across multiple events.
• Accepted Odds: The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. We may correct any obvious error in quoted odds prior to settlement where such error is demonstrable.
• Result Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official, final result published by the governing body or tournament organizer. For delayed or postponed events, bets on single matches will be voided, and bets on mix parlay (accumulator) tickets will remain active until the event is completed within a maximum period specified by the sportsbook, after which they may be voided.
• Suspension & Interruption: In the event of technical failure, force majeure, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, ora788 may suspend betting temporarily and may void or settle affected bets in a manner we consider fair to all parties.
• Max Payout Limits: Win payout limits apply per bet or per ticker as set out in the sportsbook rules section. Where a win exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the cap will be applied.
• Cockfighting Markets: For live sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) markets featuring the Meron and Wala sides, settlements follow the visible outcome of each round as adjudicated by the arena, with result announcements typically occurring within minutes of the round's conclusion.
• Lottery and togel (numbers lottery): Togel draws are settled according to the official results published by the respective lottery operator for each market. Prizes are credited automatically upon settlement.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ora788 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes.
• Colluding, syndicating, or otherwise acting in concert with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, system error, or platform vulnerability for personal gain.
• Attempting to manipulate odds or outcomes, engaging in arbitrage betting, or placing bets with the intent of extracting bonus value without genuine wagering activity.
• Accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Territory or jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security mechanism, geolocation control, or technological safeguard employed by ora788.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any member of the ora788 support or management team.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, design elements, logos, software, text, and data presented on the ora788 Platform — including the distinctive Batik Parang-inspired visual identity, the ora788 logo, game interfaces, and all proprietary technology — are the sole and exclusive property of ora788 and its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized in writing by ora788, no content on the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form, in whole or in part, without prior permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ora788 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policy to understand how we process your personal information, secure your data, and exercise your rights. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ora788, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or relating to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the ora788 Platform.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content, odds, results, or software on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transactions.
• Any third-party conduct, including the conduct of payment processors, banking institutions, or external game providers.
• Any interruption or cessation of service, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure.
• The loss of any wager or funds resulting from a bet being voided, settled, or otherwise affected by an event outcome.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of ora788 arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the liability first arose.

Responsible Gaming

ora788 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We expect all Players to engage with the Platform for entertainment purposes only and to maintain a healthy balance between gaming and other life activities.

The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session and reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Account Suspension & Closure

ora788 reserves the right to suspend, close, or restrict your Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by applicable law or regulatory authority, or where the continued operation of the Account presents a material risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Upon account closure or suspension, ora788 may:

• Cease the offering of any services to the affected account.
• Return the balance of any Real Money Funds that are not derived from a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable deductions for administration or compliance costs.
• Withhold and forfeit any Bonus Balance, promotional winnings, or amounts derived from activity that breached these Terms.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to you in accordance with the Withdrawal provisions in Section 6, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable wagering requirements.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ora788 with respect to your use of the Platform. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (excluding any conflict-of-law rules). This includes the reference to the Indonesia market context as described in the introduction to this document.

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference of any kind whatsoever arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. Should the parties fail to resolve a dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

Age Confirmation: By accessing the Platform, you also confirm that you have reached the age of at least twenty-one (21) years and that you are not legally prohibited from accessing online gaming services in Indonesia.

Amendments

ora788 may amend, modify, supplement, or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, ora788 will provide reasonable notice to Players, both through an on-platform notification and, where appropriate, via email. The revised Terms shall take effect on the date of publication on the Platform unless a different date is specified.

By continuing to use the ora788 Platform after any such amendments take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
